We consist of a collective of educated Black men, each hailing from diverse backgrounds and unique life experiences. Despite our individual journeys, we unite under a common objective: the advancement and well-being of our children.


  • Introducing Antonio, a multifaceted individual whose journey encompasses a dynamic array of roles – from a seasoned NFL player to a passionate PE teacher, and volleyball coach. Through these diverse experiences,

  • Introducing David, a native of Miami-Dade County, Florida, whose upbringing in the inner city has deeply influenced his trajectory. Currently, David is at the forefront of the global education technology sector, serving as the Associate Director of Learning Delivery and Lead Facilitator. Alongside his pivotal role, he dedicates time to consulting on equitable systems across the nation, leveraging his expertise to drive positive change.

    David's professional portfolio extends beyond his work in education, as he has also ventured into freelance engagements within the leadership division. His impact transcends borders, having conducted workshops both domestically and internationally, enriching the lives of countless individuals.

    In addition to his professional endeavors, David is the visionary behind the successful nonprofit organization, Project T.H.U.G., where he channels his passion for community empowerment into tangible initiatives.

  • Kevin Gibson Jr. is a dynamic speaker, passionate community advocate, and emerging leader in the field of clinical mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy. Raised in Monroe, North Carolina, Kevin's commitment to positively impacting others led him to earn a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University and a Master's in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Barry University.

    As a practicing clinical mental health counselor and marriage and family therapist, Kevin's innovative approach combines humor, thought-provoking insights, and empowerment to foster change and challenge the status quo. With extensive experience providing psychotherapy services in Miami Dade County Public Schools and working with inner-city youth and their families, Kevin believes in the integral role of the family unit in societal transformation. His vision is to collaboratively work with individuals, couples, and families, particularly within the Black and Brown communities, to enhance their present experiences and inspire hope-filled futures.

    Kevin has facilitated numerous workshops with pastors and church leaders, exploring how the principles of Jesus can be integrated with therapeutic practices. He is passionate about bridging the gap between spirituality and mental health, advocating for holistic well-being in both personal and communal contexts.


  • Introducing Erick, a dedicated educator shaping minds and fostering community growth in his hometown of Opa Locka, Florida. Rooted in the same community he grew up in, Erick fulfills his passion by teaching and tutoring black and brown students in mathematics.

    His commitment extends beyond the classroom; Erick spends evenings weekends and summers coaching and mentoring the local youth. Over the past decade his unwavering commitment to families within the community has reflected a deep love and commitment to the next generation.

    Erick's story is a testament to the transformative power of one person's genuine dedication to education and community empowerment.
